Welcome to BDC's Health & Wellbeing Programme!
Our Health & Wellbeing programme is all about giving our staff the time and space to focus on their own health. We aim to provide useful tools, tips, and information to help everyone stay fit, keep a clear mind, grow personally, and feel part of a supportive work community.
All participants will gain a Level 1 Certificate in Health & Wellbeing.

Join us for the grand finale of our Health and Wellbeing Programme at Rush Green as we continue our journey towards a healthier, happier workplace. Today, we delve into the important topic of Dementia Awareness and conclude the programme with a Health and Wellbeing Festival.
12:45 - 13:45 | Dementia Awareness Session (Conference Centre)
This session will be led by our esteemed Health and Social Care team. Gain insights into what dementia is, its symptoms, effects, and what it means to live with this condition. Additionally, we will host a panel comprising staff members who have personal experiences or are currently dealing with dementia, offering a real-life perspective.
13:45 - 17:00 | Health and Wellbeing Festival (Piazza)
As we wrap up our Health and Wellbeing Programme, let's celebrate our commitment to health and community with a festive gathering. We will have:
- A variety of tasty food and refreshing drinks.
- Indulge in some sweet treats with ice cream.
- Live music to keep the atmosphere lively and spirited.
- Socialize with colleagues, build connections and share experiences.
- Participate in fun games that are sure to make the day memorable.
This day is not just a conclusion but a mark of the beginning of our continuous journey towards health and wellbeing. Let's cherish the moments, knowledge, and connections we have built throughout this program.
